An Ogudu Magistrates' Court in Lagos on Friday remanded a merchant, who professedly sexually abused a 13-year-old female poor person.

Ibrahim Usman, 32, an occupant of Ojoo, Ibadan, is confronting one number of pollution.

As indicated by the prosecutor, Mr. Fortunate Ihiehie, the charged conferred the offense in December 2016 in Ibadan and was captured on February 5 at Mile 12.

Ihiehie said that the dealer took the casualty from where she was asking and transformed her into a 's3x machine'.

He stated, "The charged took her to his sister's home in Ibadan and engaged intercourse with her twice around evening time. He advised her to begin living with him in his sister's home.

"He conveyed her to Lagos on February 3 to get a few things for his business at Mile 12, yet on February 5 one of Hausa pioneers saw them.

"After series of interrogation, it was found that the young lady had been going through a ton in the hands of the denounced.

"She was taken without her parents' learning and was being debased each night by the denounced."

Ihiehie said that the casualty told the police that since she met the charged, she had not been the same.

The prosecutor said that the offense contradicted Area 137 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2011.

The dealer, in any case, argued not liable.

The officer, Mrs O. Sule-Amzat, remanded him in jail guardianship, and requested that the casualty ought to be taken to a halfway house until the following deferred date, Walk 3.
